"Disappointing packaging for the price"
My order arrived in a flimsy box with hardly any padding inside. One of the bottles had leaked by the time it got to me, and the label was covered in oil. For what I paid, I expected it to be packed with a lot more care. Even if customer support helps, the packaging itself left a bad impression, and I probably wouldn’t order again based on this first experience.

I checked out levooil.com expecting it to be straightforward to shop around, but it ended up being kind of frustrating. The menus weren’t very clear, a few pages took longer to load than I’d expect, and I kept feeling like I was clicking around without really getting anywhere. For a shopping site, I was expecting a smoother experience, but it just felt clunky overall.

It worked fine at first, so I thought I made a decent choice. But after just a few weeks, it broke, which was really disappointing. once I’d already paid, it felt like I was on my own, and that left me not really trusting the purchase.

"I keep trying to use the app, but..."
I keep trying to use the app, but it freezes or drops connection right when I’m starting a session. It just sits there loading and I end up having to restart everything. On top of that, the reminders feel way too aggressive, like it’s constantly nagging me even when I’m already trying to use it. Frustrating overall and it makes the app feel unfinished.

"Got the wrong order"
I ordered one item and ended up getting something completely different in the box. The packing slip didn’t even match what was actually sent, so I was confused at first. I had to reach out to support and wait around for them to fix it, which was just frustrating. Maybe I’m being picky, but I feel like getting the correct item is kind of the bare minimum when you place an order.

"Too bulky for my kitchen"
I’ve said this a few times already, but it’s just way too bulky for my kitchen. It takes up more counter space than I expected, it’s frustrating having to keep explaining that it just doesn’t fit well in the space I have.

"Just didn’t taste right to me"
I was hoping for a lot more flavor, but it tasted bland and had this grassy thing going on. My gut feeling after trying it was that it just wasn’t for me.

"Most of the accessories just weren’t worth it for me"
I picked up a few Levo accessories thinking they’d make everything a little easier, but… not really. Most of them ended up sitting in a drawer after a couple uses. Maybe they’re useful for some people, but for me they just felt like extra stuff I didn’t actually need

"Recipe guidance felt a little unclear"
I don’t know if it was just me, but the recipes felt kind of vague and the timing wasn’t super clear. I ended up having to look up extra info elsewhere, which was frustrating after buying from levooil.com. I was expecting the guidance to be a bit easier to follow.

"Delivery was unreliable"
My order was supposed to show up on time, but it ended up arriving late. I had to reach out to support myself, and the updates I got were vague and not very helpful. That was the most annoying part, no one seemed to clearly explain what was going on. Frustrating, especially since I needed it by a certain day. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve their delivery and communication...

"Hard to use and honestly frustrating"
I tried using levooil.com and it just felt way harder than it needed to be. The pages loaded slowly, and I kept having to click around just to find basic product info, which got old really fast.
The checkout and product details were confusing too. I was charged, but I didn’t see a clear update afterward, which made me even more annoyed. Maybe it works better for other people, but I ended up frustrated and gave up.

"Was hoping for a smoother experience"
I thought this would go a lot better. The website itself was fine, nothing too hard to figure out, but after I placed the order it just felt kind of slow and all over the place. I kept having to look for updates on my own, and after a while it was like... okay, what’s going on here?

The product wasn’t terrible or anything, like I’m not tossing it out, but for what I paid I expected more. It just didn’t feel worth the hassle in the end, and I don’t think I’d order from Levo again...

"Oil turned out weaker than usual"
I ran two batches using the same flower I always use, and the oil came out way weaker than expected both times. I ended up having to use a lot more than I normally would to get the same effect. I reached out for help but the response felt copy-pasted, which just made it more frustrating. Overall, I’m disappointed with the potency.

To be fair, I do like the concept and it works fine when I use it. The annoying part is cleaning it afterward. Oil gets trapped in all the little pieces, and I feel like I have to wash the same parts over and over before they actually seem clean. For something that’s meant to be used with oil, I expected cleanup to be a lot easier. It’s kind of made me use it less than I thought I would

"I’ve been really frustrated with this..."
I’ve been really frustrated with this because it just doesn’t heat properly. The temperature is all over the place, so it’s hard to actually use it the way it’s supposed to be used. I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for, and I’d really expect some kind of compensation or a refund for the trouble.
